Guidelines for ATM Machine Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges

ATMs are our business, and we understand that they are yours as well. While ordering a new machine is fun and exciting, we also realize that accidents happen. To help protect you against human and shipping errors, please read over our ATM Machine return and exchange policies:

ATM Machines - New

With the exception of damaged or incorrect shipments, ATM Machines may not be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for inspecting machines upon delivery. If your ATM Machine arrived damaged, you must contact ATMTrader at 855-286-2286 immediately. Claims made three (3) or more days after receipt of an ATM Machine cannot be processed. Detailed pictures of the damaged shipment must also be sent to sales@atmtrader.com. Unless a separate agreement has been executed, the manufacturer conducts and provides warranty replacements. Length and terms of ATM Machine warranties vary among each manufacturer. ATM Machines - Used / Refurbished

There is a 60-day warranty on used and refurbished ATM machines sold by ATMTrader. Warranty claims are subject to testing by our on-site technicians or our help desk staff.

Testing times are between 11am and 1pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and events. Please call in advance to verify testing availability. Telephone tech support can be reached at (909) 670-1900 ext. 110.

Guidelines for ATM Parts Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges

ATMs are high functioning machines with several integral, moveable, and replaceable parts. We understand that keeping your machines operational is extremely important and will work diligently to help minimize any downtime. Please read over our comprehensive ATM Parts return and exchange policies.

New Parts Warranty

ATMTrader honors the manufacturer’s warranty. In cases where the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t apply, ATMTrader offers a 90-day warranty for all new parts. Parts submitted under warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing.

New Parts Warranty Issuing Procedure

Customers are required to contact ATMTrader before initiating a warranty claim. The customer is required to pay for the replacement part(s). The customer is then issued a return label with the replacement part, and is required to send the defective part back to ATMTrader. All defective parts must be returned to ATMTrader within ten (10) days of issuing the label. Once the nonworking unit has been received, tested, and deemed defective, the customer will be issued a refund for the full cost of the replacement part. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify ATMTrader if he or she does not receive a return label. Warranty parts ship via Ground method. Expedited shipping fees apply.

New Parts & Accessories Returns & Exchanges

Parts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original date of the order. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns and exchanges as well as all applicable shipping and handling charges. Used equipment may be subject to a higher restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. 

Repairs & Advanced Replacements

There is a 90-day warranty on all parts and machines serviced by ATMTrader. There is no warranty on parts or machines not serviced by ATMTrader. Warranty claims are subject to testing by our on-site technicians or our help desk staff. Testing times are between 11am and 1pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and events. Clearance

All Clearance Items in the Clearance Section are final sale items. Returns are not accepted. 

Custom Orders

Special orders are final and cannot be returned. Special orders included but are not limited to the following:  

·        Items where custom attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) have been requested.

·        Items that are not usually kept in ATMTrader stock.

·        Items that are not shown on ATMTrader.com.

·        Made-to-order items such as wooden enclosures or products with custom graphics.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment received. Credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear in your account. Check refunds can either be picked up at our headquarters or mailed to a specified address. Cash refunds are subject to availability and we reserve the right to issue a company check.
